The same way others are forced to do so already... modify schedules to non-windy times, use dust suppression via water spray, etc.
Do you really not follow it?
It’s funny how FR is asqwawk with this, when it’s not durectly targeting farmers. I guess the MSM is trustworthy now, huh?
It would not surprise me. With Obama’s cap and trade and planned tax hikes on energy(oil,gas,coal)..even if they don’t outlaw tractors..not many farmers will be able to afford to run them. The immigrants would be nothing more than slave labor and indentured voters to the left!
I follow that the whole thing is marxist/socialism run amok! My comment however went to this woman’s stupidity. She is being asked to ‘defend’ the EPA on the dust policies on farmers and she goes on to say: ‘They never look at specific industries’ and then mumbles something about buses...lol.
These leftists try to make ridiculous rules that apply to all industries. It doesn’t get any more idiotic than that.
It's coming...
L
Just when you think they can’t get any stupider, they get stupider.
Who’s doing this? Men, or women? I mean, what idiot thinks the dust on a farm can be regulated? I actually want to know the staffer’s name that came up with the dust regulation. Seriously. I’d like to as him, or her, a couple of questions about the great outdoors, about the midwest, about producting food, just a few.
The way I am reading this is if the total particulates of a county go over the "limit" they have the option of reducing particulates from buses or whatever as they know that it is next to impossible to regulate dust behind summer fallow equipment. IMHO
soon we will have nothing but taxes on a uniform misery.
It may sound ridiculous now, but just think how ridiculous it would have sounded if someone said ten years ago that some states were going to ban trans fat and incandescent light bulbs.
At the rate these leftists in government are going I'm afraid it'll soon be good by Charmine and hello sand paper.
You go GAL,,, get um . Some of these people ain’t never been off concrete.
They have about wore me slick.
Don’t worry the one is gonna save us all. ( sarcasm )
Perhaps I read it wrong. The next question would be then(like others have said) how are they going to prevent the wind from blowing? It is all just ridiculous.
Marxist libs always want to CONTROL the very air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, the money we make, the cars we drive, the houses in which we live, the children we are blessed to have, the industries where we work, the health care we need, the churches we attend, the education we seek.
It’s nevering ending with these socialist morons!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!
Looks to me more like 16 cents per onion.
We have jokingly said at many times past for others to "make sure they shut that north door". You know these people may try to tell our brothers and sisters to our north that they need to put a damper on that wind. And if they can't this may be where the "wall" gets built. After all, the wind doesn't emigrate, it is an invader. /S
It is ALL about power. To God be the glory as he has given us free choice, the other side has none to give.
Oops...........I knew something looked wrong but I had a herd of grandkids navigating in my space.
Oh well, you get the point anyway.
The younger generations need to be educated about this type of stuff. We need to teach college age kids that out of control environmentalism will prevent them from owning a home, going water skiing, mountain climbing or even walking in a park.
When the 20 somethings can see and understand this then they will convert to conservatism but right now they just aren’t aware.

LOL...good one!
They are going to come after wood stoves soon. Mark my words.
