Does this mean 3.6 trillion on top of the 4 trillion for spending on top of the 800 billion stimulus package?

I saw a similar ad in SD this morning urging citizens to call our lone Rep Herserth and thank her for helping to insure that laid off workers and children have health insurance through SCHIP. Nothing mentioned about "children up to age 29" and illegal aliens though. I didn't catch who was behind the ad . . . I will watch more closely next time I see it.
And I thought the campaigning was over! Alinsky's rules dictate that once in power you must keep up a perpetual campaign . . . this is what we are seeing . . . the Commiecrats' relentless campaigning to stay in power!

But your plan would empower those evil capitalists, and take money out of the hands of its rightful owner, the government.
