Obama unveils new Symbol
Examiner.com ^ | 3-3-09 | Phoenix Conservative

Barack Obama sure likes his symbolism.

Who can ever forget the hopeful rising sun coming up over a horizon of stripes, suggesting a new day of change coming?

Or the Obama for President seal, complete with a spread-eagled eagle, heart filled with the hope of Obama's first seal?

And certainly not the self-adulatory hubris of the Office of the President Elect.

Today President Obama unleashed the latest creation of his egomaniacal mind, a stamp that will forever glorify (and transform, I'm sure) all the wasteful projects stemming from his porkulus spending bill, ARRA.

President Obama announced today that his administration will begin stamping an emblem on projects funded by the economic stimulus packageso that people can easily recognize the effects of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act....

Those who worship Gaia are symbolized by the plant cross in the green background. Those who worship God are symbolized by the red cross in the gear and then The Won is to represent the ‘new’ god that reigns in the heavens above?
SO far I think the Soviet similarities of agrarian and industrial origins are most accurate.

I just sent Dear Leader a copy of the American flag at his whitehouse.gov email address, explaining what it used to mean. As I told his office, I doubt that he cares, but he should pretend to because there are a whole lot of Americans who do care.

Notice the new symbol has only eight stars. Agencies of the Federal Government administer the country in 10 Regions, not 50 states. If there were ten stars on this seal, people would be really, really pissed.

Of COURSE! Of course he has to put his name on it. The color could have extended all the way out the the edge of the stamp or have a single line border - but then it would not look like an ‘O’!I did not even see it until I went to the link but it stands out there - the stamp is his initial ‘O’ . Boundless, insatiable ego!

Red white blue and green is Hassan Qazwini’s idea of the American Crescent

I remember when Homeland Security came out with their new color coded terror threat levels. Many democrats and the media snidely commented at how that is they only thing Homeland Security accomplished during their first year. Will the media make similar derogatory comments about this new symbol? Not a chance.

If we are to consider truth in adverting, the thing should contain a hooked cross and twin lightening bolts, surmounted by a skull.

...Yes, he’s certainly all about symbols and speeches, but he has NOTHING in the action department.

...I should be disgusted; I’m a virgin and it seems like my foreskin is just as experiences as he is at being in a leadership position. {And, maybe even more qualified, constitutionally, to be president... considering it’s a product of the US.} [/cynic]

I was wondering why he sent back the statue/bust of Churchill. It makes perfect sense now - it’s to make way for his own statue (and get rid of any competition).

Excellent analysis! I agree especially about the gears, which have different pitch, and thus can not mesh.

I also note that when rotates like below, the government half (which is on top, and dominates) works with the enviro-green "lower jaw" to be prepared to devour private industry, Pac-man style. I'll let someone else animate it.
