What a joke. This has nothing to do with tax evasion and everything to do with Government wanting control over every aspect of its citizens money. They have no Constitutional authority to dictate where US citizens hold their private property or money as long as they declare it. They are witch hunting without any evidence of tax evasion what so ever and expect sovereign nations to thwart their own laws to help these blood sucking vampires get lucky on a few hapless Americans.
