Yes, in the mid-90’s.

With a 15% voter turnout for yesterday’s primary, as long as the right voters see the urgency, they can overwhelmingly vote in Rosanna.

My guess is that those who support Obama won’t turn out in big numbers at that later time, even if Rahm comes back to campaign for this Democratic candidate.

Besides, I understand Rahm only gives 3 minutes of time to anyone in the Administration at any one time. Why would he campaign for a seat in the House which is overwhelmingly Democratic? A Senate seat would be something to spend time on.
