I wish her a smooth recovery...but just wondering...is there such a thing as a Closed Heart Surgery?

Some of it is open chest surgery, but anything with the aorta, they’re actually opening the heart.

Well, yes, that's when they send a tiny robot through your veins to do some work in the heart (that's all I know, not being an Internet Surgeon.)

I have two friends who have had open heart surgery done by BB’s doctor. He’s good.
