No, it’s not. Genesis 2:7—”And Jehovah God formed man out of the dust of the ground, and blew into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul.” You wanna believe that man comes from amoeba, mold, and chimpanzees, then you don’t believe Christ Himself.
Sorry—allegory.
“You wanna believe that man comes from amoeba, mold, and chimpanzees, then you dont believe Christ Himself.”
I think you misunderstand Buck... when the Bible is simply allegory you are allowed to pick and choose what you in your infinite wisdom deem to be fact and what you believe to be fable.
And Jehovah God formed man out of the dust of the ground, and blew into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul.
I have accepted, by faith, that the Bible is 100% true. One does not have the choice of picking and choosing what is true within the Bible. It's all or nothing. . .
In my opinion, you cannot be a Christian if you do not believe that the human body is comprised of dust and air alone. The claim that the human body is approximately 60% water is a lie perpetrated by atheist scientists.
