People have filed court cases and they have been denied. In America, the people are the voice, not the government. That is what our Founding Fathers intended. Any elected official has to answer to the people. Obama fights answering. Why?

Yes, and the link I posted says this:
"An amendment may be made upon application, but only with the submission of required documentary evidence in support of the amendment."
You can't just willy-nilly amend your birth record to say whatever you want. You have to show EVIDENCE to support the amendment.
You have a right to receive a copy of your long form BC. That is standard to all states.

Some bloggers are questioning John McCain's right to run for the presidency on the basis of his birth in the Panama Canal Zone. They have produced "evidence" showing that that the hospital where the Arizona senator says he was born was not built until 1941--five years after McCain's birth. A review of the archival record shows that there was a small hospital at the Coco Solo submarine base in 1936 and also reveals the name of the U.S. Navy physician who signed McCain's birth certificate.
Sounds to me like he knows exactly what was going on.
And why was it only shown to a reporter in private? Why didn't McCain allow any copy to be made of it for the public to see?
Google "John McCain's birth certificate" and see what comes up. Hits on astrological charts based on Lambs "document". Even Obama's Colb was forged on Kos by Jay McKinnon. Google that too.

A Colb is a short form and is not reliable. Even the State Dept doesn't accept a Colb. Curiosity posted that. A mistake on his part, to be sure.
