SHe had no business calling 9-1-1, but she was right. The store owed her a refund.
I had the same thing happen to me at a Colonel Sanders a few years ago. I found the store knew they didn’t have what I wanted when I ordered but decided to give me something else. I looked inside the box and asked for a refund. The manager flat refused. I just started talking louder and louder until the other customers started to notice. I got my money back.
I wonder if McDonald’s has the computer cash registers set up to be unable to give refunds??? Woman is an idiot.
I agree. Why would McDonald’s not give her the money back? I think McDonald’s owes her an apology and some Chicken McNuggets.

But can you imagine any McDonald's in the country who would refuse to give you a refund if something you ordered wasn't in stock?
