Ah yes, I remember her. She's the former Treasurer of the United States (not to be confused with Secretary of the Treasury -- unlike the Secretary, "The Treasurer" title is a ceremonial job). She was the "electable" RINO that the GOP "moderates" wanted to run for the U.S. Senate. When Bill Jones lost the general election, they course blamed it on him being "too right wing" (LMAO!) and complained that if only Marin had been nominated, the seat would have been "in play" in the GOP.

In hindsight I wish they would have gotten their useless RINO nominated. Then the whiners wouldn't be able to yap about how its all the fault of the evil right-wingers for the seat going Democrat.

Nah... then they would have claimed that "conservatives stayed home" because they couldn't vote for their "perfect candidate." LOL They've been playin' this same game for about 5-10 decades now.
