And what about the Prime Ministers wife? She wasn't even invited to the White House, or to meet with the one. What a stark contrast to the NORMAL, State Dinners, flag draped press conference, meaningful gift, etc.

When the one did meet with him, and cameras were allowed in, he looked totally imposed upon. Disgraceful. These people have no manners.
