Barney Frank accused of cooking books for gay lover Herb Moses

Barney Frank, who is openly gay, had a past romantic relationship with Herb Moses, an executive for Fannie Mae. Barney Frank’s involvement was alleged to have persuaded him to cook the books (finance accounts) for Fannie Mae.
The Washington Post reported this story in its Reliable Source column in July 3, 1998. By the time the story broke in The Washington Post, the newspaper admitted that Barney Frank and Herb Moses had broken up. However, this was conflicting as Barney Frank was heard referring to Herb Moses as his “spouse.” Another report from the same newspaper said Barney Frank called Herb Moses as his “lover”. The two men had remained friends despite the said breakup. The romantic affair ended around 1998, ten years ago.
Barney Frank is accused of misleading the officials about the finance situation in Fannie Mae because his friend (or spouse/lover) Herb Moses was a top executive in the mortgage firm. Herb Moses left Fannie Mae in 1998 and ended his relationship with Barney Frank at around the same time.

Sorry, I do not get why “Bawney” is in trouble. The cooking etc ended in 1998. Yes, he is guilty of screwing the country with nonsensical mortgage loans he engineered and which in turn destroyed the world economy, the “Bawney” economy Comrade Obama claims he inherited, insinuating “Bush”. But as far as I know, “Bawney” has not testified or done any thing else to continue the conspiracy or perjure himself. Please explain how an idiot who has dodged criticism thanks to the MSM et. al., can be in trouble... at least now or in the known future? TIA

Bawney seems to have Fudged more than the facts for his lover Herb Moses who was on top while an executive in the mortgage firm.
Really? Kerry served in Vietnam? I would have thought that he might have brought that up during his presidential campaign. :=)
You missed the last year on free republic didn’t you. Barney and friends were taking contributions and kickbacks and saying fannie and freddie are just fine until the shiite hit the fan. There are literally TONS of implicating statements from the pimp. But Dodd’s lips are sealed.
I hope this gets WIDE coverage! Folks need to know what a slime he is for his part in the economic mess we’re facing right now!
