Yep, the federal government being the largest landowner in Alaska, Elton's one and only job will be to use the power of the Interior Department to thwart her on energy and Native Alaskan issues and to embarrass her wherever he can.
It's part of the grand strategy to cripple her before the 2010 governor's election.
