They ought to just go ahead with the formality and officially change their name to “Socialist Vermin”...
Which is demonstrably a Criminal Enterprise.
Then maybe we Americans could effect citizen’s arrests upon Pelosi, Reid, Obama, Biden, Frank, etc...
And put them on trial under our RICO (Racketeering Influenced & Corrupt Organisations) Statutes.
And in several cases, perhaps “High Treason” as well.
