At the Federal Register on Monday, March 9 to be published on the 10th, go down to the Health and Human Services. Then, click on the A href="Rescission of the Regulation entitled "Ensuring That Department of Health and Human Services Funds Do Not Support Coercive or Discriminatory Policies or Practices in Violation of Federal Law"> pdf titled, Rescission of the Regulation entitled "Ensuring That Department of Health and Human Services Funds Do Not Support Coercive or Discriminatory Policies or Practices in Violation of Federal Law

Here's some of the law and regulations that the Obama Administration can't stand.

The Department believes it is important to have an opportunity to review this regulation to ensure its consistency with current Administration policy and to reevaluate the necessity for regulations implementing the Church Amendments, Section 245 of the Public Health Service Act, and the Weldon Amendment.

So the goal is to get rid of restrictions on paying people to kill with US tax dollars

I'm going to deliver a pair of white booties to the WH this week. Or at least lay a couple of pairs at the gate. ( I crochet these on airplanes and when I have to wait in public. When people ask what I'm doing, I tell them about our Pregnancy Crisis Center and other pro-life work.

Formal comments have more weight than informal comments.

They’re just going to bite off the whole thing: Conscience and stem cell funding restrictions in one day.

Well, they decided to do it the week I’m here for my husband’s work. And I can make a bootie every 30 to 40 minutes. Should I just have a crochet sit down in front of the white house? Have we FReeped in this new administration?

Can you tell me the difference between formal and informal comments? (I’m going to bed, so won’t answer for a while)

For years, I’ve wondered where to go?
You have to have money for “access” to speak to the powers that be. It’s pay or don’t get in to see your own, much less the powerful Senators and Reps.

And then, there’s the media — I believe I won’t be arrested for pro-life work because it might get out that there’s a pro-life woman doctor.

However, there is hard discrimination within the house of medicine. We are some how marginalized and made to seem isolated’ a fringe. No committees, while murders chair and speak out as though the represent the majority of us.

that’s “ murderers are chairmen . . . “ and “they” represent us.

(I’m on my little Centro smartphone)

Here"s the "Background" "

Statutory Background

"Several provisions of federal law prohibit recipients of certain federal funds from coercing individuals in the health care field into participating in actions they find religiously or morally objectionable. Conscience Clauses/Church Amendments [42 U.S.C. 300a-7]"
