This is entirely unconstitutional and Barry O’bama knows he doesn’t have the votes in Congress to push through his radical agenda.
We need a Constitutional amendment to protect human life. Not because such protections are not already present, but to clearly prohibit activist judges and little dictators from trying to establish a new America that supports genetic cannibalism and human harvesting.

The dirty little secret is that if there are not enough embryos for TESTING, then there certainly won’t be sufficient (under current morality) for commercial medical use in treatment and cures (we will HAVE to farm embryos, preferably cloned humans so there are fewer variables to consider).

There is NO NEED for Embryonic stem cell research, the only reason to keep doing this is so some laboratories delving into cloning, will be able to continue i.e., cloning is the only reason to keep Embryonic Stem Cell research alive....and they will do it with some of your money. Obama doesn't really care what some Americans think, he is all about power and getting rid of American Values anyway he can.

Yes, money to research stem cells from other sources is not something I will contend with. Money spent on destroying embryos I will content with.
It is far better to have parkinsons that to take a life so that another’s can be easier.
