That's an interesting phrase:

"Constitutionally legal" order. This tells me they are discussing the constitution at least and thinking there may come down the pike un-constitutional orders!

The concept that an Unlawful Leader cannot give a Lawful Order is well established in International law, and was the precedents created by the Jpanese and Nazi War Crimes trials.

It is what the Germans intend to use to deflate any attempts by Demanjuk’s Lawyers to say he was “Just Following Orders” in Germany, THIS WEEK!
