Sorry, I don't have time to look everything up right now. And I'm on dialup, so getting the text of all versions of these bills is tough here.

I can tell you how to find out what the story is. Go to each version on Thomas (links below) and click on the "Printer Friendly Display" link for each version. That will pull up the entire text of that version. Then search for words like "contraceptive" and "birth control" and see if there's any hits in there.
