Maybe the teleprompters (t.p) were just used and hadn’t been recharged yet. LOL. Something I have found that is fun is when he speaks count his oscillating head turns from one t.p. to the other t.p. One, two, three turn head. One, two, three turn head. One, two, three . . .. Like the fake birds that bob their heads into the drinking cup—although I think the birds have more variation.
