FBI Arrests Two After Raiding Office of Obama's Pick for Information Officer-is Kundra a target?

FBI agents have made two arrests after raiding the D.C. office of the man tapped to be President Obama's chief information officer, sources told FOX News.

The agents on Thursday morning raided the office of Vivek Kundra, who was leaving his post as the D.C. chief technology officer to join the administration. The investigation is related to allegations of corruption, one source said, but is not targeting Kundra.

FBI agents arrested a District of Columbia government worker, Yusuf Acar, as well as Sushil Bansal, who works for a company called Advanced Integrated Technologies Corp, sources said. Both are expected in court later Thursday.

FBI spokeswoman Lindsay Gotwin would not describe the nature of the probe.

"It's an ongoing law enforcement investigation," she said.

In a March 5 White House press release, the administration said it chose Kundra to be the federal chief information officer because of his "depth of experience in the technology arena and a commitment to lowering the cost of government operations to this position."

The chief information officer is responsible for overseeing federal technology spending.

Here is the OUTSOURCING COMPANY that these two so called experts work for -

Advanced Integrated Technologies Corporation ( AITC) is an end-to-end Technology and Business Process Outsourcing Services company, serving the Government and Commercial sectors in the global market through multiple onshore and offshore centers, based out of USA and India.

Of course they had to be hired because there is no American that can do these jobs...

Ole Vivek's mandate (besides taking bribes from high tech firms) is to complete the outsourcing of the US govt's tech jobs.

Bizarre. The headline asks if this guy is a target and then quotes a source saying he is not a target.

I have seen this before. Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis or other foreigners get in a high tech company and after that Americans NEVER get hired.

One place gave them old tests on software nobody used any longer to flunk the Americans. They might advertise for a Java programmer - get a very good American applicant and find and old test and then them on some old dead language like Pascal or something that no one is using. The American programmer sits down and says WTF when they start taking the test.

Just another H1B trick to disqualkify Americans.

There has been a round of investigations at Indian outsourcers and I suspect we’ll see another one in the future about their lack of “diversity”, probably brought by a woman or a minority woman who isn’t Indian, Pakistani, etc.

We are going to see the mother of all bribery scandals from the likes of all these gigantic outsourcing companies. Satyam's bootie is in the sling right now soon to be followed by Accenture (AKA Arthur Anderson of Enron fame), Cognizant, and too many India run outsourcing shops to list here.

"We are going to see the mother of all bribery scandals from the likes of all these gigantic outsourcing companies.

And... gaming the system in one direction - incoming. Foreign companies operating in the US have other visa types that are exploited for "management" positions and similar ruses.

Ooh - an Exxon commercial just came on Fox (vee are conwerting energy). Such is our verld.

By the way, I have great love and respect for the many Indian immigrants that I've sponsored and worked with. But, I've had to spend a TON of time training them on commercial software development procedures while paying them an equitable salary.

So, we are in a competitive sense, giving them the rope to hang us. Software is one of the few remaining industries where the USA significantly out paces the rest of the world. But we are giving away our market dominance. Just like semiconductors. We invented them and outsourced packaging to Japan, Taiwan, The Philippines - and look what happened. We abdicated the market. A few million came back to the patent holders for infringement - but the market was lost.
