It was the first thing I thought when I saw the picture.

Wouldn't of made more sense for them to use Rush's face in the billboard??

After hiring Shepherd Fairey to design a poster and sending it to street teams across America to wheatpaste up illegally around towns (Obama's HOPE/CHANGE portraits), I'm surprised the DNC didn't go ahead and hire a similar artist to rework billboards with their anti-Rush message.

Barack Obama is certainly pushing legislation through the tubes without any time for congressmen to actually read what they are voting for it.

If there is any Russian/Rushing to failure going on, it’s Mr. Obama doing it.

Seems to me, for most folks who don't know anything about this Rush Limbaugh flap, this billboard looks like a condemnation of Obama.

The cigar toting white guy could be all the fatcat CEOS who are getting bailouts. The all caps text even hides the proper name Rush. This billboard is likely to backfire on the democrats.

Rush was laughing about this because they think the billboard is where he lives, but it isn’t; he lives elsewhere.

This billboard thing fits in well with Camille Paglia’s statement about Hussein’s flying monkey being like a bunch of drunk frat boys. “We put up a sii-iign. Na na na na na na.”

Am I the only one thinking that Rush would just copy these billboards, slap the call sign and frequency of this local affiliate on them, and use them himself?

This effort reminds me of one of Goebbels well remembered failures. The Nazi's put out a leaflet calling Churchill a gangster, with this photo:

The British public loved the photo of Churchill with a Tommy Gun, and the Nazi propaganda leaflet made him more popular.
