When money is tight, everything is negotiable — including your health care bills.

As the economy sheds jobs and more people lose their health insurance or are forced to switch to less generous plans, doctors and hospitals are becoming accustomed to patients who are struggling financially. According to the American Hospital Association, half of their members reported an increase in the number of patients needing help with their bills. And that was in November, before the national unemployment rate hit 8.1 percent.

Once BHO is done with our medical industry, we'll have to put such articles under the GOVERNMENT category. This type of bargaining will (under socialized medicine) turn into paying under the table - bribes - something common to countries with nationalized healthcare.

I've survived very well w/o "healthcare", saved a ton of $ along the way.

#1. Epsom salt, try to develop a habit of using it everytime you take a shower. Towards the final rinse pour a handful and gently (or not, you decide) rub from head to toe or concentrate on problem areas. You'll be amazed, just try it, experiment. I'm 54 been using tons so no worries mate.

#2. Aloe, prepared product are costly and not as effective as the leaf ($.99 @ my supermarkets vegi/fruit section), cut out a slice as needed , I put the middle section in my mouth and let it go around my gums a bit before swallowing (tones and tightens). Since the rest of your innards are a sort of skin/flesh anyway , you know it does them good. The scraped out skin part I rub on skin as needed or place over a cut or sore.

I could go on and on, but you get the idea, we all survived rather well before all this craziness, so just learn to care for yourself as much as possible, you'll be better off.
