They're correct; he shouldn't be rounding up the illegals and jailing them.
It's the job of INS and the Border Patrol, but they are under orders to let these infiltrators come into our Country freely, whereas we should just post more "DO NOT ENTER" signs, and arm the populace who own property along the border. Trespassers will be treated like ANY criminal entering your property when you don't feel "safe", etc.

It is time for the federal government to step in and uphold the rule of law in this country, even in Maricopa County," said Nadler. I thought the Sheriff was subject to Arizona state law. What does Nadler have to do with it, coming from New York?
Also, how many times has the Sheriff been elected to his office? I'm sure he got more votes than there were people signing this "petition."
