If that COLB thing was real and not bogus why not leave it with "factcheck."org?
Hell, Obama could order from Hawaii as many computer printout COLBs he wanted to for every day of the week from here to eternity for 10 bucks a piece. Pass them out like candy to all the news agencies.
Heck, it's not like it's a work of art, a Mona Lisa that's one of a kind...or is it? Obama's behavior is of a criminal.

eVerify is already in place. We need to eVerify incumbents and all politicans running for office----their staffs AND donors.
DHS needs to register all political organizations so that Americans could enter the names of politicians wanting to run for public office.
The current eVerify Dept holds the position that politicians don’t work for us, they work for the government. Nonsense-----we are the citizens that vet them, vote for them, and pay their salaries.
DHS needs to confirm candidates' immigration status.

Some incumbents need to be checked out. US Sen Menendez (D-NJ) comes to mind. Menendez needs checking out...we need to determine if he holds dual citizenhip in Third World countries. Menendez wants to priortize gang activity, as well as gun and drug trafficking. That's a laugh.
When he was under fire for using his elected office to get taxpayer money for a facility he owned and rented out, Menendez took refuge in the Dominican Republic, giving news interviews in Spanish. (Probably also visited his tax-free bank accounts).
Menedez continual defense of illegals is most troubling---Menendez acts like a foreign national--not an elected American who swore allegiance to our country.
Would love to see something become of this, but sadly, every other attempt has been blocked so I doubt it.

The article was news to him.
Apparently, he was snooping-as the birth certificate and the newspaper article were hidden away by Granny.

Why were they hidden so Barry wouldn’t see them ?
Was the birth certificate Barry found a BC or a COLB ?
What happened to it ?
Does the state of Hawaii have a BC or a COLB on file ?
I saw the banner running underneath the main presentation on CNN T/V. It took a scant few seconds; to the effect that a legislator was to question the eligibility of any future presidential candidate. Things are looking up.
On the logical side and indeed one which should hardly call for the anti-"tinfoil hat" group to throw a hissy fit, this could be offered.
What of a dozen fringe candidates who are on the presidential ballot? Surely some check must be in order. For even if they do not stand a chance in Hades, they could distort the actual result. Simply put, persons with a genuine vote would be deprived of their choice, if it was one of a ineligible person.
Yes, this is possible. However, the SC need only agree to hear any of the many cases waiting to be brought before them to let this matter come to the public's attention and for the facts, such as they are, to be revealed.
While it is also possible that such a political firestorm could result or even civil unrest, we have survived both many times in our history.
If the facts are such that obama has perpetrated a lie against the country, there no doubt will be those who will not believe it and choose instead to believe it is all a republican conspiracy or a racial belief that the country isn't ready for a black man to be President (though obama isn't truly a "fully" black man) and "they" had to get obama.
I choose to believe if obama has perpetrated such a lie and it were to be revealed, the majority would see things for what they are and we would move forward. It might be ugly and perhaps bloody, but we would be better for having worked through it and sooner rather than later. Let's light that candle!
Speaking of getting their facts straight, perhaps you'd enjoy the results of a Yahoo search for Gov Hawaii sealed "birth certificate" before you conclude that the Gov. "hasn't sealed anything."
No, the President is the one who must sign bills into law (except in the case of a veto overide, which takes more votes than they have). It's the President whose lawful orders the military must obey.
If he's not the President, but just a usurper resident of the White House, then the laws are void, unless passed again when we get a real President, and the military, rather than obeying his orders, are bound to "convince" him to leave that residence, unless he leaves on his own.

AFAIK, the Secret Service does not guard the Supreme Court or its Justices. That is done primarily by the Supreme Court of the United States Police, and secondarily by the Federal Marshals service.

However, she didn't really *Seal* it, except to the extent that all such documents are "sealed". Hawaiian law does not allow release of either a Certification of Live Birth, or a Certificate of Live Birth (or either of the other two sorts of "Birth Certificates" they have) to anyone but the person themselves, or a limited set of close relatives, without a court order that is.
Better yet, he could order them, and have them sent directly to various interested groups. Both his friends and his enemies, plus those that "need to know", like the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, the Chiefs of the branches of the military, and Commanders of the various Unified and Specified Commands such as Northern Command, Central Command and Strategic Command. That way their would be no question that the document was authentic. Better yet, have them send certified copies of the orginal "Certificate of Live Birth", since it contains more relevant information than the "Certification".
Yep, that could be another auction.
