Problem is it would take me all today, tomorrow and the next day (at least) to read it, and I still would not understand one word.
I one high school dropout and legal technical language causes instant brainfreeze. Sad but true and I’m too old to learn.

and I still would not understand one word. You're in good company, I've heard that lawyers complain they can't even grasp some of the writings.
