Obama is not the POTUS.When watching the Inauguration January 20 (on live TV), when Biden was being administered the oath of office by Justice Stevens, I could have sworn Stevens said afterwards, "Congratulations, Mr. President." However, in other videos of this (on YouTube), Biden is saying "Thank you, Mr. Justice."

If found to be ineligible wouldn't there be a case made that his choice of Biden is also invalidated? Then Pelosi becomes, temporary president, God help us! People would demand a new election.
