This is why I am so tired hearing that we have to spend even more money for education. Given the social and moral collapse of inner city families, the schools are increasingly populated by feral savages uninterested, and probably by the teen years psychologically incapable, of learning. The values gap vacuum left by uninterested or absent parents is filled by the inner city's dominant ethos: victimization, racism and the celebration of various forms of evil as presented in rap music.
