I found a web posted news article with a school picture puportedly submitted by a fellow classmate from the K class. The DOE HI statement is made within that business newspaper article. I will search it for you and repost it here. It is on the megathread here at FR posted about Oct or Nov.

It made me chuckle at the time, because you may recall during the primaries when Obama accused Hillary of digging up his kindie records. That is where the story evolved that at the ripe age of 5 or 6, he was publicly stating he would be President. We also note two irregularities about this Kindergarten photograph:

1. He is registered at the same time in a class in Indonesia as a K or 1st grader

2. He is older than the other Hawaiin students. The cut-off age & Kinder start date in Hawaii was to be ‘5 yrs. old by December 31.’ If his DOB is as claimed, he would have been 6 at the time and 1 to 1-1/2 yrs. older than the rest. of his class. It’s a bit odd for the single mom with such an “incredibly brilliant” only child to have kept him unschooled an additional year.

I’d appreciate if you could locate it for me....I’m basically attempting to make a archive of legal suits filed against Obama and the ruling (if any) they receive from the judiciary.

As side notes, I want to add pertinent information that has been used as evidence in these multiple filings.

My husband has warned me I’ll have a book by the time I’m done but I think it needs a list needs to be kept for our history.
