Hahahahaha! That was my reaction too! Actually, the spirit of Young (the Young Spirit?) has been dominating Detroit since those halcyon days of yore. It’s just been the normal devolution of putrid ideas that has occurred as Detroit bleeds away into nothingness (it’s halfway there already). Kwame Kilpatrick is Coleman Young. What’s the difference?
