When the vote is 5 - 4 we’re not talking about 5 votes, we’re talking of only ONE vote that determines what is Constitutional and what is not. Justice Kennedy is King of the US.

I included all 9 because at some point in time, even the alleged Conservatives engage in this behaviour, only not nearly as much as the people who think the Constitution is theirs to re-write. And we all know who they are...
