Exactly. I actually don’t mind having a ton of restrictions on income and bonuses for companies taking bailout money. For one thing, it’s OUR money. Number two, I want the pain of taking a government handout to be EXTREMELY painful for these deadbeat institutions.
I’m proud to say that my bank, USB, has refused all bailout money, so it can freely continue to function as a real live capitalist institution.
