Not true. That law was not passed until 1982, and even then, the certificate of foreign birth issued by Hawaii would not list Honolulu as the birthplace, unless you are seriously aserting Hawaii deliberately lies on its official documents.

The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth program was established in 1911, during the territorial era, to register a person born in Hawaii who was one year old or older and whose birth had not been previously registered in Hawaii. The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth Program was terminated in 1972, during the statehood era.

Are you illiterate? The very words you posted state:

"The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth program was established in 1911, during the territorial era, to register a person born in Hawaii"

What in the world does this have to do with foreign births?

Furthermore, how could this possibly apply to Obama? Again, quoting you:

who was one year old or older and whose birth had not been previously registered in Hawaii.

Obama's birth was registered when he was four days old. Hence this does not apply to him.
