A judge in Indianapolis has dismissed a lawsuit claiming that Barack Obama is not eligible to serve as president.
The suit, like some others that have failed in federal courts, questioned whether Obama meets the constitutional requirement that the president must be a "natural born citizen."

I don't believe that the Constitution specifies a eligibility qualification period, and without having read the actual judgement, it appears to me the judge is making this supposed debility up whole cloth.

While I like your tenacity, I am not sure that you are not exposing yourself for criminal prosecution with this effort. Seek advice of a good lawyer ( I know, those two words look funning together.. LOL ), and very soon.
Remember, you better not have any chinks in your armor. The Obama team is formidable, well funded, and take personal joy in the complete destruction of private citizens— with no less glee than those that would savagely cut off our heads...i.e ‘Joe the plumber.’

The ONLY reason to seal a birth certificate is after an ADOPTION. The “orginal” certificate would have been sealed when his name was changed to Soetoro at the same time he became an adopted son of an Indonesian citizen.

Article II, Section 1, Clause 5
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
Can some one please tell me who has standing to challenge that in court?
Apparently no legal authority exists to assert proper standing, although I would posit that the U.S. Supreme Court could entertain a petition by the Solicitor General to invoke its own jurisdiction to hold its own hearings on the matter of standing, if not other points of law related to the entire issue as to the vetting process of compliance with Article II, Section1, Clause 5..
