This seems odd since all reports so far say that she seemed well after the incident and was taken to hospital after she reported "not feeling well".

This would indicate to me a concussion or at worst some sort of intra-cranial pressure or brain bleed. Very treatable considering the care she is being afforded.

I'll pray for her and her family but I'd be surprised if this headline is accurate.

I am hoping the headline is inaccurate. TMZ is reporting that they spoke with the hospital, and that she has brain swelling, but is not brain dead.

So I am still hopeful for a full recovery.

Almost wonder if she had an aneurysm or stroke coming on before she even fell. The tsory said she didnt hit a tree or anything. It would take an awfully hard hit on the head to cause diffuse axonal injury (DAI), but it is an invisible injury that kills

Details are thin i.e. 'multiple outlets'. . . but find the headline believeably sad.

I hope; given the tragic outcome here, that there was nothing that could have changed this. . .like an earlier decision to be checked out.
