Incline Village at North Shore Lake Tahoe? I used to live there briefly in 1988 then I moved on down to South Shore, I wonder, if thats the case I too may have met him, many years ago I vaguely remember talking about modifying or upgrading old aircraft with someone, but then again I still do that.

Yes North Shore. I used to peddle stuff there in the late 90’s. I was in every business up there and ran into him eating at a restaurant. Nice place. The billionaires kicked the millionaires out and made it very posh.
