Russia will deploy a new multiple-warhead, nuclear-capable missile after a key US-Russian arms control treaty expires in December, a top general said....

If Russia can get it’s missiles to work, the MIRVS are very good now. They can drop a 375 kt warhead 800 feet from target now. Nice footprint.
