Remember ACORN? If you watched any coverage of the 2008 election, you surely heard of the group. If you saw Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck voting at a polling location near you, they were probably registered by an ACORN volunteer.
This corrupt organization has faced lawsuit after lawsuit claiming the group is responsible for massive voter fraud. What did the group do after that? They moved on to "help" people break the law by breaking into locked-down, foreclosed homes and encouraging the evicted home owners to continue living in the homes, even though they could not pay the bills. Now, this group will be helping with the 2010 census.

So, people who got into homes they couldn't afford and don't pay their bills are not only encouraged by ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) to remain in their homes, they are also being aided by ACORN to do so. Check this out:

As Fox News reports, ACORN "signed on as a national partner with the U.S. Census Bureau in February 2009 to assist with the recruitment of the 1.4 million temporary workers needed to go door-to-door to count every person in the United States."
Just how accurate do you think this census is going to be with ACORN involved? Much is at stake with the new census. As I wrote last month in U.S. Census Becomes Focus of Latest Power Grab, Obama already is looking to exert more control over the census. The census not only determines congressional allocation, but it also provides the raw data by which government spending is allocated on everything from roads to schools.
ACORN has been accused of voter fraud, embezzlement, and more... and yet this is a group that the federal government wants helping with the census?

"It's a concern, especially when you look at all the different charges of voter fraud. And it's not just the lawmakers' concern. It should be the concern of every citizen in the country," Rep. Lynn A. Westmoreland, R-Ga., vice ranking member of the subcommittee for the U.S. Census, told FOXNews.com. "We want an enumeration. We don't want to have any false numbers."
The news story quotes an ACORN spokesman, Scott Levenson, as saying that ACORN "has not been charged with any crime." Levinson adds, "ACORN is committed to a fair and accurate count." Does anyone actually believe that?
In order to carry out the census, a large number of volunteers are needed. But what is not needed is help from an organization that claims to be non-partisan but goes out of its way to support left wing candidates and causes. ACORN should not be anywhere near the census process.
Look, Obama is lazy and incompetent. We can undo most of the damage if we win in 2010. The Ds numbers are tanking fast and it will only get worse fromhere on out for them. We will take back the house in 2010 and a number of governor slots (including possibly Jersey this year-amazing but true). We must have a fair census or at least one outside the margin of litigation or we will be gerrymandered out of existence.

This will not be the last time ACORN receives welfare. Get used to it. Oh, and by the way, kiss that cash goodbye.

simple, cheap solution to elections, the electoral college, primaries, etc....just let ACORN pick our presidents and Kongress Kritters! Pretty sure the results would be the same as we currently have seated. Imagine the Billions saved in the process!

The GOP is leaderless right now. Steele has disappeared, which might be a good thing. The party has no core principles right now, thanks to the RINO's that control the RNC. What a truly gutless bunch.
FOX has been all over this one. If ACORN is bold enough to write thousands of bogus ballots during an election, imagine the number of non-humans they're going to count as democrats.
It's like hiring Islamic terrorists. Neither group has Americas best interest in mind.

It sure is. The Web Bots study world linguistics, and what they have to say is really bad. The democrats in the U.S. are starting something they're not going to be able to control. The social unrest is building at a phenomenal rate. Oboma is causing the whole world to break apart.
My mother and father are rolling over in their graves fearing that they may vote in the 2012 election and vote Democrat.
I don’t think the GOP can keep up with it all. I know I certainly am getting cross-eyed trying to absorb this “CHANGE” and any day now, someone will find me at home curled up in a fetal position, sucking my thumb.

Well, they earned it. They delivered. Hundreds of ‘hamburger’ voters in key states voted as instructed. It’s tough to see them kept out of any place that has a strong union base.

Get everyone you know without a fulltime job to apply to work for ACORN on the census:
(a) If they aren’t hired, sue for discrimination;(b) if they are, spy and report all criminal conduct to the FBI and press.
Gee, I never thought of that. Dad died in Sept. ‘08 and I guess he’ll be one of the dems’ best recruits. :)
One positive thing about him passing when he did is that he never saw the Marxist in the White House.
Kind-of what I was thinking. Why waste money and time conducting the census? The numbers have already been decided.
