There just isn’t much for a conservative to like or respect about Canada, in our history Canada has traditionally been the place for our left, our cowards, and our anti Americans to flee to.

It seems to be a pleasant place, for people that like that sort of thing.

Whoa, careful about that!!!

From the Nazi invasion of Poland in 1939 to Pearl Harbor in 1941, Americans who wanted to fight Hitler took the train to Canada and enlisted in the Canadian army and Royal Canadian Air Force. Pilots especially went to Canada to fight because they could get a chance to fly.

The Canadians were in the two world wars long before we got involved.

You need to read some history, and not the Sixties revisionist kind.

You might be reacting against the all-pervasive Toronto which, admittedly, does take alot of getting used to. British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and (surprisingly) Quebec are all great places for conservatives.

(switching hats)

Here in New Zealand, Australia is the place where New Zealanders tend to flee to. One of our more clever Prime Ministers observed that this tended to raise the average IQ in both countries.
