DDT was banned on bad science and humanity has suffered ever since. Aye. Rachel Carson may have beaten out Hitler and Stalin and Mao as the greatest mass murderer of the 20th century.
If this guy worked with Edward Teller he must be getting long in the tooth. I knew of a young engineer who worked on the Manhattan Project and he died at a good old age a few years ago.
