It is not treasonous to discuss the dividing up of the USA. It is real possibility and NEEDS to be discussed. It is wise and prudent to do so. It happened once, it could happen again. Last time there were two major issues, states rights and slavery. Now the two sides disagree about everything. There is really very little holding things together IMHO. The real question is can a POSSIBLE division be done in a humane and peaceful way. Discussing that is better than shooting at each other, don’t you think?

Yes, I get that feeling too. Everything Obama does is so - "in your face." You know, like when you are driving and some people start to cross the road s-lo-w-l-y in front of you...and they glare at you, daring you to try to run them over, or complain. You have to stop even though you have the right of way and they are walking against the light. But they do it just to upset you and see if you show your anger. If you complain, then they scream that you are picking on them, or you know the typical comment! That is how we are being treated by the administration.

The states need to re-acquire the rights originally established in the constitution....the federali have overstepped their bounds, by a country mile! The Senate needs be appointed by the Governors to represent the States...etc . Some amendments ...16th and 17th are a good start...need be repealed.
Missing today is ‘of the people, by the people, for the people’!!! the corollary to ‘without representation’!! Hopefully, a Tea Party theme!
