Wow someone not in their 80’s? I’m shocked. Too bad she is an attorney.

Dean of Harvard Law School
Lawrence Summers appointed Kagan the first woman dean of Harvard Law School in 2003.[3] She succeeded Robert C. Clark who had served as dean for over a decade. The focus of her tenure has been improving student satisfaction. Efforts include constructing new facilities and reforming the first year curriculum, as well as aesthetic changes and creature comforts (such as free morning coffee), She has been credited for employing a consensus-building leadership style which surmounted the school’s previous ideological discord.

She also kicked off a $400 million capital campaign, “Setting the Standard,” in 2003. It ended in 2008 with a record breaking $476 million raised, 19% more than the original goal.[4] Kagan is also credited with overcoming ideological disputes among the Law School faculty that had hindered new faculty appointments. She has made a number of prominent new hires, increasing the size of the faculty considerably.[citation needed]

Her name was briefly mooted to replace Summers as president of Harvard.[3] During her deanship, Kagan supported a long-standing policy barring military recruiters from campus.

She was nominated by BJ Klintoon to D.C. Court (which tells us all we need to know about where her Liberalism is), but Orin Hatch never allowed nomination to come to the floor.

She was Dean of Harvard Law school (2003-2009). During her deanship, Kagan supported a long-standing policy barring military recruiters from campus. She has limited courtroom experience (she has never argued a case at trial) and has not argued before the Supreme Court of the United States.

She could be on the USSC for 40+ years if she is seated there to replace Ginsburg....

So ugly that when she was born, instead of slapping the baby the doctor slapped her mother.

She will likely get the “Jewish Woman” seat when Ginsberg steps down.

She was clerk for Abner Mikva at the US Court of Appeals in DC, then moved on to work for Thurgood Marshall at the SCOTUS. Another recent Obama appointee clerked for Mikva, then Brennan .. wish I could remember who. But there’s a network out there, waiting for a looooooong time to achieve this power.

She is the liberal jackass chiefly responsible for revamping the Harvard Law School Curriculum recently. Common Law has been removed as a topic of study, and instead first year students will concentrate on how to politicize and internationalize law.

These changes are extremely important, because Harvard usually sets the pattern followed by law schools all over the country.

That’s my summary of the changes. Here’s Harvard’s summary:
