You got it! Thats exactly what it is.

Not surprising if you have read this book, I read it and then promptly moved ALL our investment money off shore ( legally of course). Thirty dollars was never better spent, it sure saved me a lot of headaches fiancially, in showing me what was to come, back in early 2007.

So far Goldberg has been Dead ON in his predictions as an historian:

Fascism is generally defined as government control over the means of production.

So yes.

Socialism is generally defined as government ownership of the means of production.

A lot of that too...
