A Natural Born Citizen is a person that is born on American soil to parents that are U.S. citizens.Please tell me where it says that in the Constitution.

The Constitution was written in the plain English of the day. It was understood by everyone who read it and discussed it. You might note that the Constitution uses words like year and dollar too without defining these words. EVERYONE KNEW WHAT THEY MEANT! (And no, a dollar was not a piece of paper with a picture of a dead President on it.)
