Sanford seems to have started it, but none of us gain anything by the conservatives fighting among themelves.

Anyone who makes more money than you ever will is no idiot, Mr. Sanford.

“Triangulation” is not going to win any so-called Republican the nomination for president or help them keep a leadership post. If it does, than the Republican party is dead man walking.

If it was Fred then I would think that he’d call Rush a ‘big dummy’, not an idiot.

There is no story here.

This is like trying to play ref in a family squabble. I love Rush and I’m beginning to like Mark Sanford and his State which I am trying to buy a second home in so at least I have somewhere to go 4 months out of the year where I’m not a minority because I’m a conservative, heterosexual, taxpaying smoker.

You love your wife/husband. You love your in laws. What if they get into a silly fight?

I don’t think Sanford criticized Rush specifically. I want to hear the whole thing.

Global Warmer Mark Sanford called anyone who said they want Obama to fail is an Idiot

Well, then, to be fair, this Sanford would also believe that the majority of the Democrats who are on record as having wanted GWB to fail are also idiots.

I like Palin but she is in no way presidential material.

"No representation without taxation!"

Once upon a time in America, that's how it used to be. But then we became more "progressive".

I think we all should wait for silly season to start and all the debates and make our decisions then. People making declarations right now is too soon and too disruptive. It’s a long way to 2012 and a lot can and will happen in the meantime.. our current resident of 1600 PA Ave is flopping like a fish at the moment and the people in the wings to replace him — Biden, Pelosi, Reid scare me as much as what we have.

Good analysis. Either way, you have to question Sanford’s judgment.

As a group, Republicans are cowards. How hard could it be to stand up and say, “It looks like President Obama’s agenda is to turn America into a European-style socialist welfare state, and if that’s the case then certainly I want him to fail. On the other hand, I will do everything in my power to help President Obama succeed by cutting taxes, reducing the size of government, and restoring America to its traditional roots of freedom, liberty, and personal responsibility.”?

I agree. It’s one step forward and two back. Look at Cantor, he was doing so well and then goes squishy... but all these guys have to stop picking fights with Rush... that helps Obama and hurts us all.

would also believe or stated as such.

Bottom line, Sanford stated those who want Obama to fail are Idiots.

LIMBAUGH:

I am told South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford called me an idiot, not by name. But he said, “Anyone who wants Obama to fail is an idiot.” I don’t anybody else who said it.

So, I guess he’s talking about– … Politicians have different audiences than I do and they’ve got to say things in different ways. So, after he said, “Anyone who wants Obama to fail is an idiot,” then went on in his own way to say, “Gosh, I hope this doesn’t work.” … He just had to say, “We don’t want the president to fail.”

Hell we don’t! We want something to blow up here politically. We want something to not go right. … We’re talking about freedom that is under assault!

Notice that he did not say that anyone who THINKS that he wants Obama to fail is an idiot. Apparently, his only objection is to verbalizing it.

How did a Marxist get into the White House?

Monolithic never changing black vote that many freepers are too stupid and weak to realize will never change and the unlimited immigration legal or otherwise vote to be precise.

En masse, American voters are stupid

Indeed, because they cannot see that the massive effort to over register people matched with the sudden need to add an extra month of voting does not add up to the most massive voter fraud in our history.

We can't spot a rigged election on Prime Time TV, that is beyond your standard couch potato stupidity. That is so stupid as to actually think Obama won this election by votes instead of fraud.
