I don’t know why Rush is picking a fight with any GOP sitting governor, but it is way too soon for FR or anyone else to be pushing candidates for POTUS and high time that we look at honestly and closely at each potential candidate as we would look at a democratic candidate. Too much cheerleading going on here too soon.

He's not picking a fight with anyone but Obamanation and the Socialists. Dumb and Dumber, aka Steele and Sanford, attacked him and he's only hitting back. I wish more wimpy Pubbies had Rush's fighting spirit. Maybe we wouldn't be in the dire mess we're in if more Pubbies had his backbone and brains.

But I agree it's way too early to pick candidates for 2012. At the rate Obamanation's going, he may call off further elections long before we even get to 2010.

Absolutely. I totally agree with your post. What’s worse, is that some don’t stop at “pushing their candidates”, they feel the need to denigrate other conservatives with credible messages.

I don’t know a lot about Sanford, but he has an excellent conservative message.
