The proof is a picture of a car running a red light. A good defense attorney will be needed to spin that.

The light cameras are just part of it. They also plan to have a SPY Van equipped with camera etc roaming the streets doing the same. That part of the deal isn't mentioned in here but is also part of the plan.

They can manage to do all this yet the City of Oak Ridge purposely ignores an ever increasing illegal alien problem. Not so long ago you were reasonably safe in about any part of Oak Ridge except in a section called Scarbro. Not any more though. Hey ORPD if you're reading. Go to the Oak Ridge Walmart any Friday or Saturday evening and you'll have at least a full bus. Or in the day time go to any store with a Western Union. Easy to spot should be easy to catch. Look for the new SUV's outside usually Yukon's.
