I’ve just heard that Obama has stated that the tax on ‘bonus recipients’ is unconstitutional....
If he then goes ahead and signs this into law *knowing that it’s unconstitutional*, would that rise to the level of ‘malfeasance in office’??

What do you expect from a radical like Zer0? It’s very possible that he’s not constitutional himself.
Good questions Uncle Ike- but I think the Senate will change the bill in enough ways to satisfy the president’s desire for the appearance of caring about the constitution.
