I hope you are correct and that the SCOTUS declares his presidency ILLEGAL and all his actions null and void. It would restore this countries economy, and, confidence in America’s ability to manage its own affairs without becoming a Socialist/Communist third world tyrannical sink hole.

Nice fantasy, but you can’t unpeel a banana. Even if his presidency was declared Unconstitutional (a highly unlikely scenario with at least 5 members of the SCOTUS his ideological siblings), his ACORN brownshirts would rip the country apart to keep him in office. AND, Congress would hastily pass some sort of trumped up “Constitutional Amendment” to allow him to continue... The cat’s outta the bag anyway. What he has done cannot simply be “undone.”
Even if you have him declared unconstitutional as elected who is going to enforce the declaration?....

Like you I don’t see it happening nor do I see an amendment forthcoming either as it takes ratification by 75% of the state legislatures....
All this is interesting speculation but the life process will go on no matter the outcome.
. . . . you couldn't get a Constitutional Amendment passed in less than 6 to 15 years, if at all, considering the number of Red states! Look at history.
