It was always a joke that the gov't would love to tax teh air we breathe. Turns out that taxing exhalation is as effective as taxing inhalation. Clever actually.

This does make the EPA a total joke though. The EPA becomes a public danger.

The EPA is just any other of the governmental institutions of late, full of idiots and whiners and instead of really taking care of the environment, they play politics for their overlords.
