I wonder how many of them will publicly say they will
return the money - but have no intentions of it.

Since it was received in 2009, it would be next year before
it would show up on their tax records anyway.

By then they hope all would have blown over.

Don't forget, many of the people that received a bonus were located in London (as London is where AIG-FP is HQ'd). So, unless they are American citizens living abroad, this 90% tax that Congress passed is nothing more than a joke.
